Mangrove Plantation
The foundation is committed to carry out its socio-environmental responsibilities. Foundation is building environmental resilience among coastal communities by planting mangroves in the coastal belts of India. That activity is also helping the foundation to minimize its carbon footprint. Following actions have been taken so far
1. Plantation of mangroves in the Chargheri of the Indian Sundarbans by the summer-intern students of the foundation.
2. Plantation of mangroves along the banks (i.e., Baranagar and Chandannagar) of the Ganges estuary by students and faculty members of the foundation.
